1. The service
VPS One provides hosted MetaTrader terminals, AI assistant hosting and related software tools (the “Service”). VPS One is a technology provider. It is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser or payment institution, and it never holds your trading funds.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your login, for everything done through your account, and for keeping your broker and API credentials secure.
You are responsible for making sure that using the Service, trading, and any broker you choose are legal where you live.
3. Billing
Services are billed monthly in advance. A service starts once its invoice is paid. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, the service is paused until it is. We may change prices with notice; a change applies from your next billing period.
Payments are made in USDT (BEP20 or TRC20) or other methods shown at checkout.
Refunds. You can stop at any time; a period already paid runs until its end and is not refunded. If a service fails because of us, for example a terminal that cannot be started within 7 days of your first payment, or an outage on our side lasting more than 24 hours, we credit the affected time to your account. Credit is applied to your next invoices and is not paid out in cash or crypto.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, to attack or overload other systems, to mine cryptocurrency, to distribute malware, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Automated trading and AI
Expert Advisors, TradingView alerts and AI proposals can produce losses. Orders run only within the limits and confirmations you configure. You remain solely responsible for every order placed on your account.
6. Availability
We work to keep terminals online 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues, broker outages or events outside our control may interrupt it.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages.
8. Changes and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by not renewing. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the dashboard before they take effect.
